I offer you individual, well-founded advice if you are considering an investment or a permanent stay in Brazil.
My focus is on real estate purchases, Golden Visa programs and Residence Visas through investments, primarily in the state and city of Rio de Janeiro.

I'm sharing my personal experiences from the past few years as I've built my life in Brazil – from buying a condo in Copacabana and setting up a limited liability company (Limitada in Portuguese) to building a reliable network of lawyers, real estate agents, and banking partners. Currently, I'm looking for land or a farm (Fazenda in Portuguese) in the area surrounding Rio. I've already visited over 40 properties, am in the final stages of negotiations, and am therefore very familiar with the local options.
